Finder Awards are especially meaningful because they are based on the experiences of real Australian consumers. Each year, Finder surveys more than 60,000 Australians to understand how they feel about recent purchases and the brands they’ve used. People only vote in categories where they have actually made purchases and used the product or service, making the results a strong reflection of real customer satisfaction.
Finder Awards are also independent. Money can’t buy a Finder Award, brands do not pay to use the award badge, and only one winner is recognised per category.
