After arriving home I researched other major white good retailers and came across Appliances Online. I thought to myself, self I thought, the service cant be any worse I sent through an online enquiry in the first instance and the reply was prompt and positive! I write to you today to say thank you! From the first e-mail received by Dennis through to Will who took my order and explained everything in detail, and to Michael and his offsider who delivered the goods. I will sing the praises of Appliances Online and tell everyone of your professional and courteous manner. Such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change
Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks. Even with the price alone Appliances Online wins out
So my fridge and microwave have just arrived and been installed by two lovely staff! I had to get online straight away to convey my thanks for a completely hassle free experience. We ordered the fridge and microwave at about 2pm yesterday and by 10.30am next day they are already at home in our kitchen! Even with the price alone Appliances Online wins out, add to that, a great range of products, a site easy to navigate, fast, cheap(free!), convenient delivery AND installation PLUS removing your old appliances and you simply can't go wrong!
