I would like to compliment your company on the way my order was handled, i.e. the uncomplicated method of ordering, the pleasant way I was treated when I rang to change delivery date and the very prompt delivery. It was difficult ordering a product I did not know but I am extremely happy with the Omega Dishwasher. I am sure you get complaints but this is a genuine compliment. Thank youA little concerned how it would go I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site.
