In terms of being a kettle, the IQ Kettle Pure is a nice upgrade. I like the clear design and the selectable temperature options. However, the temperature values are printed in Fahrenheit, not Celsius. There is a package of stickers in the box for French labels, but nothing for the temperature values. The biggest negative for me are the incessant beeps that the unit makes. It beeps when you life the kettle off the base, put the kettle on the base, or push any button. It also beeps three times when it boils water. There is no way to turn off the beeps. I find the beeps super annoying.Legendary service
