I would like to thank Campbell for organizing the delivery and installation of a new fisher and paykel's dishwasher, after my original purchase died after 2 weeks....and fisher and paykel could not care enough and were offering to have it repaired no sooner than with a 2 weeks delay! thanks again for the good service, I will definitely recommend "appliances online" to all my friends, family and clients. now let's hope my new dishwasher will work. I would just like to write to say thank you for your promised fast delivery. When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it.
Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore.

Great price, great range, great advice, great delivery
Our Bosch front loader washing machine was delivered today, we ordered it on Monday night. This is the first time we have used Appliances online, we are very happy, the delivery men were very polite, they installed the machine for my wife and took the other machine way, no fuss.
What more can we ask for great price, great range, great advice, great delivery service, very happy. We will need a fridge in the next month, so we will be back. Mark, Coburg, VIC
