    Don’t waste your money.
    If you’re looking for a fridge freezer that dispenses room temperature water, then this is the one for you! I’ve had an engineer out three times since I’ve had it (3 months) but they insist that’s the correct temp of the water. I’ve checked the temp and it’s 12°C, even though the water that is dispensed is literally in a container at the back of the fridge. I know it makes no sense, but the water being dispensed genuinely isn’t cold. Also, some of the stuff at the back of the freezer literally freezes, and the engineer said I should turn my temp up a bit as it was on the lowest setting. Even thou the first engineer told me to turn the temp to the lowest setting so the water would be cold 🤦‍♂️. Literally the only good thing I can say about this fridge freezer is that the ice maker is very handy.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than satisfied with my fridge/freezer, especially the varied shelf heights and compartments. Having cold water and fresh ice on demand is fantastic. Although the black stainless-steel finish is not fingerprint resistant, it is easy enough to clean. The varied draw levels and size in the freezer is excellent allowing me to utilize my frozen food items, including the ice bucket, which fills up as needed. The two draw levels and size in the fridge have proven to be of great value, as is the shelves throughout. I have found the fridge/freezer to be sustainable and hope it continues to full fill my expectations.

    does the cabinet depth measurements of 595mm mean the space must be at least that deep? The depth of the fridge is 695mm so is it designed to stick out 100mm? sarah · 2024-06-21
    Hi Sarah, the cabinet depth is the fridge without the doors (so just the refrigerator cabinet - which is what manufacturers call the body of the fridge itself; the fridge cavity is the cabinetry your fridge is going into). You'd need a bit more depth than 595mm.     How often does the water filter need replacing and how easy is it to change the filter? John · 2024-06-05
    Hi John, the water filter would generally need changing every six months or so - but the fridge has an alert advising when to change the filter. In regards to changing the filter, it's a relatively straightforward process (instructions can be found on Page 29 of the User Manual we've supplied). However, the filter on this model is close to the water supply as opposed to inside the fridge (more information can be found on Page 12 of the User Manual). Our drivers are capable of delivering your fridge up to four stairs, as long as there is sufficient space to use a trolley for transportation and gain access through the main entry as they are not allowed to remove the fridge or property doors. Additionally, our drivers can connect the fridge to a compatible fridge mini tap using the provided fridge connections. However, if your water connection is not suitable, our driver will inform you, and you will need to make arrangements with a plumber to upgrade the fridge water connection. In the meantime, you can still use your fridge normally until the water connection has been upgraded by your plumber. Furthermore, the fridge is equipped with rollers to facilitate easy movement.
