    Ridiculous filling cycles.
    When using the machine on wash cycles Mix, cotton or towels and using water temp setting warm/cold or warm, when the machine fills with water for the first wash cycle (first fill) cold water only enters the machine from the cold water hose for about 20 seconds then shuts off and then the hot water tap opens for about 15 seconds then shuts off. This cycle is repeated for around 10 times until the machine is full enough to start washing. This behaviour of filling from separate taps at separate times doesn't seem right to me and i am terrified of the hoses bursting. Each time the hot or cold fill valves shut off there is a pressure spike in the supply pipes and I am concerned about the damage that this may cause. I have contacted the manufacturer and they tell me this is normal operation for this model. Can you imagine the possible damage to hoses and water pipes with this happening every time you use the machine. Beware.

    Have issue with the machine, been 3 weeks since reported, no solution form Appliances online or HAIER . Imagine using a faulty machine with kids at home , vendor is a no show to fix or replace a machine under warranty!!!!

    Hello there, if you give us a call on 1300 000 500, we can ask the drivers to come inside to inspect the space to double-check before unboxing the washing machine and removing it off the truck. If it's unboxed, we do need to charge a 20% (of the original price of the fridge) unboxing fee - as once the machine is out of the box, we can no longer sell it as brand new. But we can certainly organise a changeover if unboxed, we just need to advise the drivers beforehand to come in and inspect first. Hopefully this helps!     Hi Jodie, I would say that for a top loader this has a fairly decent spin cycle (720 RPM). If you want something higher, you're going to need an agitator, and even then the spin speed only improves marginally - such as the Fisher & Paykel 10kg Top Load Washing Machine with UV Sanitise WL1064G1, with an 800 RPM. You definitely find much higher spin speeds on front load washing machines, though. You can find basic models from most of the well-known manufacturers with speeds of 1400 RPM.
