Easy to use, really quiet compared to our old one Haier (10yrs old), and also has a feature to self clean the drum. Appliances Online were super quick with delivery. I ordered at 9pm the night before and it arrived at 8am the next day. Installed by the guys and they took the old one away. Definitely recommend this washing machine and also Appliances Online.

Love this washing machine so quite and easy to use

After using this washing machine for a little while, here are my thoughts. The positives: * It’s surprisingly quiet while washing. * It seems to use water and power efficiently. * The controls are simple and easy to use. * Despite being a 10kg machine, it’s virtually the same size as our old 8kg washer, which is a real bonus if space is limited. The negatives: 1. It doesn’t remember your previous settings. Every time you start a new load, you need to reset things like water temperature, spin speed and other preferences. It would have been great if it remembered your last-used settings. 2. The lid lock is very loud. When you start a cycle, the lid locks with a sharp, loud click. It’s loud enough that I’d avoid starting a load early in the morning if the kids are still asleep. 3. You can’t easily add forgotten items. Our previous machine allowed us to lift the lid and throw in an item while the tub was filling. This machine locks the lid almost immediately, so you have to pause the cycle to open it—which triggers more of those loud locking and unlocking clicks. 4. The end-of-cycle alert could be better. Instead of a distinctive tune, it has a soft beep that sounds like a microwave. It’s easy to miss if you’re elsewhere in the house. Our old machine played a louder melody that made it obvious the wash had finished. Overall, we’re happy with the machine and intend to keep it. None of these issues are deal-breakers, but they’re little things worth knowing before you buy. Hopefully they’re helpful for anyone considering this model. Cheers.
