Worked for almost exactly 1 and a half years then completely stops toasting anything you put in it. My sister and I bought ours at the same time and almost to the day they both stopped working in each of our households. Very disappointing.

I bought this toaster for my 90 year old mother who is not appliance savvy. This was so easy for her to use by just pressing one button and the toast automatically cooked. The toast came out perfect.
