The microwave is generally well-received, with many customers describing it as easy to use, efficient, and convenient. Customers appreciate its compact size and sleek design, as well as its ability to heat food evenly and quickly. Some highlight the good value for money. However, a few customers have experienced issues such as the internal door coating bubbling and burning, and the microwave making a buzzing sound. A small number also found the beeping sound when cooking is finished to be annoying. Overall, the majority of reviewers seem satisfied and would recommend the microwave.

    Questions & answers

If the appliance has a two year manufacturer's warranty and I purchase a two year customer care warranty does that mean in total I get 4years warranty Billy blogs · 2024-06-25
Hello Billy Thank you for your product question. Yes, the appliance comes with a two-year factory warranty, and there is also a 2-year extended customer care option available for a small fee. Please remember that any small appliance, whether within or outside the warranty period, needs to be taken to a service agent for repair. These are not serviced in the home, unlike larger major items such as a fridge or washer. I trust that this information will prove helpful as you shop with us at Appliances Online. Our Sydney office operates around the clock 24/7, and you can reach us at 1300-000-500. Colin Jones, Appliances Online
Does the clock need to be set the clock before you can use this microwave? My mother turns her microwave off at the wall every time after using it, which resets the clock. Would this one be suitable for her? Daniel · 2022-09-09
Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, any microwave that has a digital clock display needs to have this set before you are able to use it, if you are one that turns your microwave off you will need to reset the clock each time, the amount of power these use on a stand-by would be next to nothing. I hope this information will assist you when shopping here with us at Appliances Online. Colin Jones, Appliances Online
Does the microwave have an option of silencing the beeper and come with a steamer? Emma · 2021-01-27
Hi Emma, The beeper is used as an alert for various stages of cooking including the completion. This product does not have a steaming feature. Kind Regards Appliances Online matilda.carr, Appliances Online
