[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pedestal was exactly what I expected. My disappointment lies with the late delivery and the lack of empathy with the management. If their managers were even remotely empathetic instead of trying to justify why their warehouse cannot meet deadlines I would have understood I would have given a better rating.
