    Bearings gone!
    Now an older washing machine, but failed the drum bearings at 7 years. Only used every other day. Would expect it to last longer than this. Now uneconomic to repair. Everything else still working correctly. The front panel started rusting along one of the panel seams. Avoid.

    I didn't know how 'grey' and dull our clothes were
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG front load washer. Will never go back to a top-loader again and after being Fisher and Pykell washing machine owners for 30 years (over 2 washers), I never thought I would change but after reading reviews regarding the LG front loader, we decided to give it a go and we are so pleased we did. Lower water bills, lower electricity usage and cleaner, no more 'grey' clothing, I can't recommend this washing machine high enough.

    Best washing machine we've owned
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG front load washing machine (WD1409NCE) has been nothing short of brilliant since our purchase. Clothes come out cleaner and brighter than our old top load and it uses a lot less water and is more energy efficient saving us money as well. 10/10 would recommend and we'll be adding the matching dryer soon as well.
