    Almost there
I fell in love with the look of this fridge- and the fact that it was so drawer oriented, which is great for wheelchair bound people. Alas, I hadn't realised that tge bottom drawer was not for longterm freezing, but rather for fruit and vegetable storage. The bottom drawer is very hard to open and even harder to access small and individual items such as pieces of fruit. What's more, this very deep drawer has next-to-no individual storage units to help access contents easily. What's more, using this space for fruit and vegetables has reduced the overall freezer space from 2 drawers to 1.5. Yes, I should have done my research better, but I feel as if I've been "stung".

    Great fridge
Great fridge with plenty of space inside for a family of 4. Love the many compartments, and the way the compartments are split inside each compartment to keep things cold.

    Excellent
This is the best fridge we have ever had, drawers are very convenient and easy to access, very roomy inside and ice is an added bonus! The only thing l don’t like is the spot for the milk it’s a tight squeeze and you have bottles or jars in front of it so access to the milk could have been thought out a bit better! Over all l love it! Also they look after you from purchase to delivery, well done!

    Questions & answers

Where can I buy a replacement for the chlorine filter insert that is being used in the ice maker? Anne · 2025-02-07
Hi Anne, that's something that would be sold directly by Mitsubishi Electric's spare parts division. You can contact Mitsubishi Electric's after sales support service directly on 1300 651 808. Hopefully this helps =) Cheers, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
I am on Level 1 (no lift access). Will the delivery person be able to move this up the stairs for me? Another question - can I order now for delivery in early Feb 2025? Felicity · 2024-11-12
Hi Felicity, yes to both =) You just need to make sure the fridge can fit up the stairs. Kind regards, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
Re Dimensions of this 470L Mitsubishi Multi Drawer Fridge. Is the height of 1696mm inclusive of leg and rollers? That is, is it measured from floor to top of the fridge? We have a cabinet space of just 1700mm high. Pete · 2024-08-07
Hi Pete, the dimensions height is inclusive of legs. However, Mitsubishi recommends leaving a ventilation clearance of 25mm above the fridge and 5mm either side (on Page 8 of the User Manual). For this reason, I wouldn't recommend this model if you have a cabinet space of 1700mm. Kind regards, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
Hi, what are the minimum clearances required for fridge cavity? Karen · 2024-06-27
Hi Karen, so you'd need to leave 25mm above and 5mm either side. So you're cavity should be at least 1721mm high and 660mm wide. The depth of this is 709mm and ideally, would slit slightly out of the cavity (rather than flush) to give the doors total freedom. The clearances can be found on the final page of the Specifications Sheet we've attached. Hopefully this helps =) Cheers, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
