What a strange experience dealing with Appliances on line. Order processed. CHOSE my delivery date. Delivery driver ACTUALLY RANG and advised time of delivery. ACTUALLY arrived on time. TOOK old washing machine way. Installed new one. Easy and efficient and friendly. Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . Hi. I just wanted to leave a note on the GREAT service that you guys provide. I was looking all over Melbourne for the Westinghouse 420L Fridge and NONE of the local retailers had it. They said it would take them another 3 weeks to get it through my door. Which was miserable news 'cause my old fridge just died on me!! But you guys were there to rescue me and my wife! I called you guys and found out that you STILL had 3 more in stock out here. Next minute I order the fridge from your website and next day at 2:30 in the afternoon, its in my house! Your delivery guy Tony's a LEGEND for being nice enough to CAREFULLY bring it UP my narrow stairway to my first floor apartment. I didn't even ASK him to do it. He was on auto-pilot.
