Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver. Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous. Shopping with you online also gives the added benefit of comparing multiple outlets prices easily, plus doing product review searches before choosing a product.
