We installed 4 of these. Our home doorbell did not work any longer. We are able to tell by the bell, which bell is ringing. We also feel that our home is more secure as we can see anyone at the door. As a deterrent, people also realize that we are able to see them even if we are not home.

Ring video doorbell is super convenient, allowing me to see who is at my door wherever i am in the world with internet access. No more answering the door for pushy unwanted door to door sales. Also, allows me to track my package delivery. Cons: Requires paid cloud storage and does not suppprt loval storage

I was able to install camera hardwired myself it was self explanatory and easy to do. Camera is weather proof, motion detection and video quality are of good quality. I would highly recommend.
