Hello Appliances Online, Just wanted to say how impressed we are with your service. Having 2 small children going out to buy appliances is always a bit of a pain (understatement!). It was great to order our new dryer on Saturday afternoon, having it delivered the next Tuesday, not to mention the dryer being put into the laundry, all plugged in and ready to go, while the packaging was taken care of by the friendly delivery guys. Why can't everyone do that !
Would just like to say how pleased we are with the service offered by your
company. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to family and
friends. The communication has been first class and the phone call prior to
delivery is a great idea..why can't everyone do that???

Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC
