Two big ticks for the free delivery and removal of the old microwave
I just wanted to thank you for your efficient and friendly service. My microwave was delivered today (a week ahead of schedule) and the delivery chap was able to give me a 2 hour window ... unheard of! As a more "senior" citizen and being a little wary of on-line purchasing, I would thoroughly recommend your company. Why would you go anywhere else
The service we received from the time we ordered was outstanding, we placed our order at about 4.30pm and we received the washing machine the very next morning at about 8.30am, they took the old machine away, they then connected the new machine up, they then showed us how to use the machine, they then took all the packing away. No wonder why the retailers are doing it tough, because they can't provide excellent service like this, why would you go anywhere else, we brought a dryer from you about two months before and we received the same level of service and that is why we then brought the washing machine.
