Reviewers emphasize rich, flavorful extraction regardless of bean type, with many noting they've never had a bad cup. The straightforward operation, one-touch presets, and automatic cleaning alerts make daily use seamless. The elegant, premium design adds aesthetic appeal as a kitchen statement piece. A few mention minor issues like overly foamy milk or unclear instructions, but these rare concerns don't diminish the overwhelmingly positive verdict.

    Smeg is a winner!
This is our third automatic coffee machine and it’s by far the best we’ve ever had. Easy to use and maintain, and great value for money.

    Looks and works great.

    Not much crema
The coffee machine is lovely. The user guide is absolutely woeful. Disappointed with the lack of crema on the coffee. Was definitely expecting more. Have tried different grind levels and various beans but still only a thin light coloured layer of crema coming through. Hmmm. Not really espresso then. However it is relatively mess free and quick and easy for when you are on the run.
