The microwave has received mixed reviews. Many customers are satisfied with its performance, describing it as easy to use. However, some have experienced issues such as excessive condensation, noisy operation, and difficulties with the controls and grill function. A few were disappointed by the lack of included recipes or instructions. Overall, the microwave seems to be a decent product, but some feel it does not quite live up to the brand's reputation.

    Exceed My Expectations
I ordered this Smeg microwave online. I selected a delivery date for my purchase. Unfortunately, during the delivery my item with several others was stolen from the truck. When I spoke to the customer services representative, they were very understanding of my issue. They made arrangements for a replacement microwave to be delivered within 48 hours. As I live in rural Queensland normally they would only do a delivery run once a week so I was very appreciative of them making the delivery so quickly. The microwave itself has performed extremely well and its presentation certainly adds value to my kitchen. I will continue to purchase from appliances online. They certainly live up to their motto of providing legendary service.
