i got this device around 9 months ago, it has served me very well but i am afraid to say that the swivel joints that allow the earphones themselves to swivel are quite fragile and they broke easily, despite this i still will give the product a 4 star review because in those nine months they were extremely comfortable without sacrificing quality

Bought these about a month ago, and was super excited to receive. The noise cancelling works great on low frequency hums (planes/trains/cars etc), but not so well on actual voices, which is to be expected. It is easy to hook up to any device without Bluetooth with the supplied 3.5mm cable. Charge lasts for ages, haven't run out of battery before recharging yet. One thing I only found after extensive research is that holding down the noise cancelling button analyses the surrounding sounds and chooses a setting which is best fit to block out as many sounds as possible. It works fantastically, though I wish I had known about this sooner The bass is one thing I hear people complain about. In the first week or so I partially agreed, however I now think that the bass is actually very well balanced while also quite powerful (Not as powerfull as Sony's XB (Extra Bass) line, which I had before, but this model balances other aspects better). Super Comfy as well! I highly recommend! :D

love the design and that it charges from my phone charger like my amazing little sony camera as well. So good for travelling and they come with the airplane adapter as well. Will never travel without these ever again
