    Worked almost a year only
    It has been working fine for 11 months twice a week only until it decided to retire early. It doesn’t turn on anymore. Such a waste of money!

    Failed part, no replacement available
    This rice steamer has been great and used for a few years but the non stick coating on the aluminium bowl has twice broken down and flaking off. Although previously a replacement part was available, this is no longer the case. It is very poor that a replacement part isn’t available for a product that is currently available for sale. Sunbeam used to be better than this.
