It was my first time buying a brand new fridge and it has to be one of the easiest things I have ever done. I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers. Everything was perfect
We had a look at G*** G*** for our new Fridge/Freezer on Friday - chose a Westinghouse. Got home and jumped on the net looking for reviews on it and found you! You were cheaper, offered delivery, set up and taking away our old one - things that added to the cost with G*** G*** ($60 local delivery and $10 to take away our old one). I was a bit nervous ordering a large purchase on the net, but I put it through Friday afternoon on your website. We received a call Monday morning and it was delivered before 11am. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but everything was perfect including the delivery guy who was very professional.
