Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. Just a note to say a big thank you for your execution of the above order. It was only last Thursday that we came across your website, found a great price compared with **** and ****, then and placed our order on Friday. Your website is excellent – easy to follow – great follow up with order confirmation, notes on delivery and removal of our existing washing machine. As promised, Adam rang about 7.30am to advise anticipated delivery, he and Ali quickly removed the old machine and installed and balanced the new one, took away packing materials.
