Overall service was excellent
Ordered a clothes dryer on Tuesday at about 1.00pm. It was delivered and unpacked by 9.30am the next day. Phone contact by staff was very helpful. Overall service was excellent. Haven't used dryer yet

U deserve to be nominated for employee of the year, it is NOT very often at all that the public comes across some one as helpful & caring as you! FOR example, look at what electrolux wanted to do.....NOTHING but keep trying to fix it! Thank you for being the only one that gave a damn about all the problems i was having with the washing machine i purchased from APPLIANCES ONLINE......the new washing machine works a treat & even sound so much better! Your prices are unbelievable
I felt compelled to write to tell you how much I enjoyed dealing with your company recently. My new washing machine arrived as promised and as described and I could not be happier. Your prices are unbelievable - I do not know how you do it! The machine I bought was on 'special' with a major national electrical retailer last week for almost $400 more you had the same machine for. Then add in another $120 for delivery and disposal of the old machine and I am over $500 better off!The three people I have told about your company in the last week have all bought from you. How's that for the best advertising there is - word of mouth? I can safely say that I cannot see the day where I will waste half a day buying a new appliance. I will go straight to your website!
