    We got this to replace our existing Westinghouse built in microwave. You would think a newer model would be better than an old one but its not. Its harder to read the buttons, more complicated to use and not able to do a cook combined with a timer which we could do on our old microwave. Also doesn't heat as well. I used to be able to warm up plates for 30 seconds, now it takes a minute. Also when buying this usually they take away the old appliance, this time the guy just dropped the new one off and left - dump and go which is not the experience we have had previously
