To be honest, this TV isn't exactly the thing it was always marketed to be. I bought a 2024 version and it was cheaper and better in every way. Unfortunately, the bloated software misbehaved and would just turn itself off - even after a factory reset. I was upsold this 2026 version instead and while it will display the art in art mode just fine, the one cable to power it and provide all the inputs no longer exists. Meaning, you have wires coming out the back like a regular TV. You also have a terrible viewing angle, like a normal TV (actually, perhaps worse). The OS is horrible and I wish companies would stop adding their own horrible versions of what they think a TV OS should be because sorry Samsung, you're not good at it. The TV also has what only I can describe as JPG artifacts appearing on the screen (and no, it's not my connection) making it seem like the TV is working double duty trying to process something that doesn't need processing. More AI junk? Who knows. The tradeoff of it being pretty darn thin - which is a plus, the sound is horrible but, who buys a TV like this and doesn't consider getting better sound via at least a sound bar anyways? This TV is a clear indication that shrinkflation exists. I feel like I am getting less but paying far more compared to the previous years. Yes the TV turns on and yes, it has an anti-glair coating but thats all I can say for this thing. Wish they would have kept what was good about the "The Frame" line and continued it on through to make it even better than that previous years.

Had it professionally installed. Impressed with the size, picture quality and the pictures we scroll when the TV is not in use. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought another two 65" The Frame TVs about a month ago. I am a huge fan of the concept and style of The Frame Products, now having a total of 4 Frame TVs, and 4 Frame Speakers. The look and style of these products is excellent, and I personally find the Samsung software fairly friendly. They've updated the Q-Symphony configurability since I first bought into The Frame range, and it's really great. A pair of Frame speakers paired with a Frame TV is an excellent combination. The Frame TVs sound surprisingly good on their own for their size and mounting, I was very impressed. I highly Recommend Samsungs The Frame range of Products. However, I do have two points of dis-satisfaction with these newer units. First: they no longer feature the One-Connect remove box. I really thought this was a crucial part of The Frame concept, and don't like this change to all I/O back on the rear of the TV. I guess it probably makes the product more usable/accessible for some, but I was fairly frustrated that it was gone, and I personally really do NOT want to have a dependency on a wireless link to a box like with The Frame Pro series. I'm sure they've done a great job with this, but the OneConnect functionality of my two existing Frame TVs was spot on. I wish they hadn't changed this. Second, is that when in Art Mode, the newer TVs show an 'info' pop up on each artwork as it rotates. I don't seem to be able to turn this off. I find this ruins the subtle concept of the art mode where it is supposed to NOT look like a TV. I am yet to see the painted canvas that has a on-canvas pop-up with details regarding the artwork. Whilst I don't take issue with the feature, I am very frustrated that you don't seem to be able to turn it off. I hope this changes. These two gripes aside, I still highly recommend The Frame for quality (visual and sound) and style. Wouldn't consider any alternative. I also don't use AI Functionality, but have to rate it. Oh well.
